My first refinishing job was in 1993. In 2001 I started my own business refinishing and installing and finishing Hardwood floors in Pueblo Colorado.
There is alot of written information on the web under Hardwood floor refinishing. I agree with most of it and can better explain and discuss the specifics on the phone or in person rather than typing all the text. I myself prefer looking at the pictures.
