The August 2025 Spotlight Banners feature a strong lineup of new characters, including the Dirt-specialty runner Smart Falcon, alternate costumes for Mayano Top Gun and Air Groove, and two powerful new aces, Narita Taishin and Narita Brian.
On the Support Card side, the spotlight is relatively weaker. The only standout is the already existing SSR Super Creek Support Card, widely regarded as the best in its category due to its powerful Stamina-Recovery Rare Skill, Swinging Maestro.
New Champions Meeting Game Mode
The Taurus Cup Champions Meeting is a new game mode coming to the Global Server of Umamusume. It's a PvP event with a tournament-style bracket system that runs from August 17 to August 27.
Each day, you'll have the opportunity to compete in PvP races to climb the brackets and aim for the championship title. Expect good rewards for players who participate and place well in this event.

Since the race parameters are fixed, you can start preparing a team of three Veteran Umamusumes to compete in the Champions Meeting. If you won't be able to train three powerful Aces for these races, consider training a “Debuffer” Umamusumes whose primary role is to sabotage your opponents' performance.
Golden Week Celebration Hijack Event
While no official details have been confirmed, it's reasonable to expect that the two-week GW Celebration Hijack event from August 17 to 27 will include generous Carat login rewards, new career side-goals that yield Monies, and multiple missions requiring Long-specialty Umamusumes like Gold Ship. These expectations are based on the event’s previous run on other servers, where similar rewards and conditions were featured.
New Legend Race
A new set of Legend Races from August 21 to 30 will feature Winning Ticket, Vodka, and Tokai Teio. Participating in these races will reward players with Star Shards, which can be used to scout for those Umamusumes or unlock Stars to upgrade them.

Racing Hearts: Beauty in Bloom Story Event
A new Story Event will launch at the end of the month, featuring Air Groove and Mayano Top Gun as the central characters. It’s a great opportunity to farm for materials, earn Carats, and possibly obtain a new SSR Support Card.
